“Supplykerala” is the largest supply chain network and a flagship project of Government of Kerala,India, conceived,  facilitated and executed by Bigsoft Technologies. The project is first of its kind in India aimed at delivering G2C products from various Government owned and Semi government entities to households in Kerala, through an assisted e-commerce platform.

Bigsoft has successfully developed 3 mobile apps- vendor, delivery partners and users. The project involved integration of over 25,000 product inventory which had to be completed in a short span.  Our experienced and skilled team with our strong background in technology, data sciences and rich customer insights, meticulously worked to ensure technology product delivery  in the time frame. In the first phase Kerala Civil Supplies corporation(SUPPLYCO) products has been integrated.  Horticorp(fruits and veggies), Matsyafed(fish), Vanasree(forest department), MILMA(Diary products) are set to be integrated in a phased manner.  The second challenge for Bigsoft was to effectively execute logistics support by identifying delivery partners across every panchayat of the state. By involving the network of SHGs, the platform could easily transform into a self employment generation platform leading to poverty alleviation as well.

The project is piloted and branded by Kerala State Civil Supplies Corporation, which is the government owned agency facilitating fair price shops and supermarkets  across Kerala. Supplyco is the gateway for the 30 million people of the State of Kerala, assuring the much needed food security in a substantive style by supplying life’s essentials and reaching out to the rural-poor and
the urban-rich alike.  Our scope of work includes App development, IT Support , Inventory Management, Logistics and Delivery, Operation facilitation.
